Welcome to KLICKLE! Our business is about Privacy, so it is our number one priority to respect our User's privacy. We are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. We will never ask Individual Users for Personal Identifying Information ("PII") such as their name, email or physical address, phone number or social security number when creating a User Account, as a part of this Agreement or to use the Service. As a Participating Business, we will require a little additional information in order to provide our services and address your account needs.

How we Handle the Information we Collect
When Users sign up with Klickle, we offer to collect several types of voluntarily given Demographic Information from and about the Users of our Service, including information about gender, date of birth, zip code, income, or other general information about you and your preferences. As is discussed in our Terms of Use, we do not require Users to provide any Personal Identifying Information ("PII") such as their name, phone number, physical or email address or social security number to use our service – in fact, we encourage them not to share it with us. We collect this demographic information directly from Users when they provide it to us. We may also gather information about their location to help tailor the offers and posts you can make.
As a Participating Business, the Klickle Service assists you in your promotion and marketing efforts. When you sign up with Klickle, you also form an Account and are encouraged to provide as much information about your business as you want. You may also provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Service, or transmitted to other users of the Service or third parties (collectively, "Postings"). Your information is posted on the Service and transmitted to others at your own risk. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your information will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
We do not store your payment information on our servers, it is stored by our third-party service providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Service or at any of our third-party providers.
Usage Details
As you navigate through and interact with our Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your Account activity, including statistical data to improve Klickle's ability to serve you.

- To notify you about changes to our Service or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
We may provide information about your Participating Business, including your contact and account information, to courts, law enforcement authorities and/or other relevant third parties, when such disclosure is necessary or advisable, at our sole discretion, to conduct an investigation, respond to a third party or law enforcement subpoena or court order, bring legal action or pursue other relief when you or a third party are or may be: (i) violating our terms and conditions of use; (ii) causing injury or other harm to, or otherwise violating our property or other legal rights, or those of other users or third parties; or (iii) violating federal, state, local, or other applicable law.

The safety and security of information about your business also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
