Welcome to KLICKLE! Our business is about Privacy, so it is our number one priority to respect yours. We are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. We will never ask Users for Personal Identifying Information ("PII") such as their name, email or physical address, phone number or social security number when creating a User Account, as a part of this Agreement or to use the Service. 

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our Service by way of our Application or visit the Service www.klickle.com (our "Service") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. This policy applies to information we collect through your use of this Service.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Service. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to this privacy policy. How we Handle the Information we Collect

When you sign up with Klickle we offer to collect several types of voluntarily given Demographic Information from and about the users of our Service, including information about gender, date of birth, zip code or other general information about you and your preferences. As is discussed in our Terms of Use, we do not require users to provide any Personal Identifying Information ("PII") such as your name, phone number, physical or email address or social security number to use our service – in fact, we encourage you not to share it with us. We collect this demographic information directly from you when you provide it to us. We may also gather information about your location to tailor the offers and posts to you. 

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Service, or transmitted to other users of the Service or third parties (collectively, "Postings"). Your user contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to your Demographic Information, such as those with private review information, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Service with whom you may choose to share your PII. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Usage Details

As you navigate through and interact with our Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your App activity, including statistical data. It helps us to improve our Service and to deliver better and more personalized Offers by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about your Offer preferences, allowing us to customize our Service according to your individual interests, and speed up your searches.

How We Use Information

We may disclose demographic information about our Users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction, to our Participating Businesses. We will never provide any PII to our Participating Businesses. 

We use the demographic information that we collect:

• To present our Service and Offers from our Business Partners to you.
• To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• To notify you about changes to our Service or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
• In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

We may also use your information to contact you about goods and services that may be of interest to you, such as new Offers or Posts similar to those you previously redeemed.

We may provide your information, to courts, law enforcement authorities and/or other relevant third parties, when such disclosure is necessary or advisable, at our sole discretion, to conduct an investigation, respond to a third party or law enforcement subpoena or court order, bring legal action or pursue other relief when you or a third party are or may be: (i) violating our terms and conditions of use; (ii) causing injury or other harm to, or otherwise violating our property or other legal rights, or those of other users or third parties; or (iii) violating federal, state, local, or other applicable law. 

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Demographic Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information. You have the right to Opt In or Opt Out of following any of our Business Partners and/or receiving their Posts or Offers within your klickle tab at any time – the choice is entirely yours. 

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Demographic and any PII you have provided from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Service. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service. 

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will provide notice at least on the Service home page.
